More About Me
I’m a graphic designer and MFA graduate with a passion for creating thoughtful, engaging visual experiences that bring ideas to life.
Born in Colorado and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, my interest in visual storytelling began with photography, inspired by my dad’s love of capturing our family’s adventures. That early appreciation for photography eventually grew into a passion for design.
While attending the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, I explored several areas of study while taking photography and design classes on the side. I soon realized that the classes I took, simply because I loved them, were pointing me toward my true passion. I ultimately earned my degree in Art with a focus in Graphic Design.
My time at UW–La Crosse also shaped me as a leader. As a collegiate golfer and member of Sigma Sigma Sigma, I served as both Recruitment Director and President of my sorority, developing skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, and organization.
After graduating in 2020, I continued my education at the University of Wisconsin–Stout, earning my MFA in Design. My graduate studies allowed me to further develop my creative process and explore the ways design can connect people with ideas, brands, and experiences.
My approach to design is rooted in creativity, purpose, and attention to detail. I enjoy taking an idea from its earliest stages and turning it into something visually compelling, meaningful, and memorable.
Outside of design, you’ll find me golfing, cooking, spending time at my family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin, or enjoying the outdoors through skiing, snowmobiling, and ATVing—with my cavapoo, Shandy, never far away.
To me, design is about more than making something look good. It’s about communicating an idea, creating a feeling, telling a story, and making something memorable.
